To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, heater, WiFi, smart-TV - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - AC, heater, WiFi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - An attached balcony with a mountain view is offered with the bedroom on the first floor. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 9 people. It offers an AC, heater and WiFi. - The dining area is a part of the living room. It provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - There are 2 beautiful lawns. - One is 800 sq. ft. in size with a seating capacity of 9 people. - One is 850 sq. ft. in size with a seating capacity of 9 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for one female and two male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The male staff members can be accommodated in the outhouse and the female staff member can be accommodated in-house in the living room. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can carry and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn, embark on nature trails and embrace the beauty around. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and enjoy a scrumptious barbeque meal. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available free of charge. Guests will be charged for the coal as per the coal usage. - Bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per sack of wood. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things wed like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, given the presence of insects around. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - All networks are work fairly well here.
